Everything curlies ask us before they order.
My hair feels hard after drying. Is that normal?
Yes, that cast means the gel has done its job. Wait until your hair is fully dry, then scrunch it out with a few drops of oil.
Max hold or flex hold?
Max hold if your curls drop quickly, if you have tighter curls, or on humid days. Flex hold for softer, more touchable definition.
Will it flake?
Flaking usually comes from applying gel to hair that is not wet enough, or layering it over a product that has not absorbed. Apply to soaking wet hair in sections.
How long does the definition last?
Most curlies get three to five days out of it, refreshing with water or a leave-in in between.
When will my order arrive?
Order before 15:00 on a working day and we ship the same day. Shipping is free on orders over 35 euro in the Netherlands and Belgium.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 30 days to send it back. Send us a message and we will sort it out with you.
