Seller: CGB Steilish Haircare & Cosmetics B.V., trading under the name Steilish.
Consumer: any natural person not acting in the course of a business or profession who enters into a contract with the Seller.
Agreement: the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Consumer via the webshop.
Products: all goods offered in the Steilish webshop.
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Steilish and to every agreement concluded between Steilish and the Consumer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind Steilish.
All offers are subject to availability.
The Agreement is concluded once the Consumer places an order and receives an order confirmation by email.
Steilish reserves the right to refuse an order or to attach special conditions to delivery, provided this is within reason.
All prices are listed in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop.
If an incorrect price is displayed due to an error, Steilish reserves the right to cancel the order.
Steilish takes the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders.
Delivery takes place at the delivery address provided by the Consumer.
Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding the stated delivery time does not entitle the Consumer to compensation or cancellation, unless the delay is such that the Consumer cannot reasonably be expected to maintain the Agreement.
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, as described in the separate Return & Refund Policy of Steilish.
Opened or used products, hygiene products, sale items and gift cards are excluded from returns.
All products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must meet the reasonable expectations of the Consumer.
If a product is delivered defective or damaged, the Consumer must notify Steilish within a reasonable period by contacting info@steilishcare.nl.
Steilish is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
The liability of Steilish is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the relevant product.

Steilish aims to respond to complaints within 14 days.
Steilish is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if prevented from doing so due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics).
Dutch law exclusively applies to all Agreements and disputes.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
