The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) physically receives the product. After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
Products can only be returned if unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
You are only liable for any diminished value if the product has been used in a way other than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed with our customer service.
Always contact us first via info@steilishcare.nl with your order number and reason for return.
You will then receive a return number and further instructions.
Pack the product carefully and send it back to the return address.
Returns without a return number will not be accepted.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the full order amount including the initial shipping costs within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
All Steilish products come with the statutory warranty. This means that the product must meet the reasonable expectations you may have as a consumer.
