Shipping to other countries has different rates depending on the destination.
All parcels are shipped with PostNL. As soon as your order is processed, you’ll receive a Track & Trace link to follow your delivery.
Order placed before 14:00 (Mon–Fri): shipped the same day
Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday: shipped on Monday
In most cases, this means your order will be delivered the next working day (provided there are no carrier delays).
If you’re not home, the driver may try to deliver your parcel to a neighbor. If that’s not possible, PostNL will attempt delivery again at a later time.
Delays can happen. Please first check the latest status via your Track & Trace link.
Track & Trace says delivered, but you don’t have the parcel?
Please allow 48 hours—it often turns up shortly after.
Still nothing after 48 hours?
Contact us and we’ll open an investigation with PostNL. This can take up to 5 working days.
If you ordered before 14:00 but your Track & Trace is still empty, it may not have been scanned yet. This usually happens later in the evening at the sorting center.

Your order may be delayed. Please allow another 48 hours.
